They did not seem to enjoy working or show any cheerfulness to the customers. I forgot to use my Shore Points rewards on my order. When I asked the employee if there was a way that I could do it after the fact, she just said, "No," and walked away.

I went back to my hotel and figured out how to do it online myself. This was not the quality of service that matches the high quality of food. Keep working on it! Went in after ordering my sandwich online and being informed it was ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start it after I got there. The employees then joked and laughed about how I had to demand them to make me a new one until the employee snarkly handed me my sandwich and I left. Will never be coming to this establishment again and am severely disssapointed in the employee behavior.
